Extended 6 Year Warranty

Extended 6 year warranty on selected products purchased from our stores or this website.

In the event of a fault occurring within the initial manufacturer’s standard warranty period, please contact us and we will advise you how to arrange a repair or replacement. You can find the manufacturers standard warranty period on your invoice.

If the fault occurs after this period, within 6 years of purchase, we will either repair it, or replace it with the same model. If the product is deemed irreparable, and the originally purchased model is no longer in stock, a full refund of the amount originally paid for the faulty product will be issued.

Do I need to activate my extended 6 year warranty?

No, you don't need to do anything to activate your extended 6 year warranty because the extended warranty information is recorded digitally in our records.

  • Your warranty starts from the date your product is delivered.
  • Commercial use is not covered by this warranty.
  • Please note that all batteries will be covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
