When you buy from Sevenoaks Sound and Vision online you always get free delivery, so whether it's the latest compact wireless speaker, or a supersized 88" TV, there is never a delivery charge.
When you place your online order you also have the option to choose a third party delivery address (not available for orders paid for using Novuna finance).
Please note that we ship to mainland UK addresses, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. For security reasons, once you have placed your order you cannot re-direct your delivery.
If you are ordering a TV or large item it will be delivered to you by one of our 2 man courier teams who specialise in large item deliveries. Please see our list of UK postcodes that we cannot deliver large items to. The couriers will contact you shortly after your order has been placed to arrange a convenient delivery slot. We aim to deliver TV's within 5 to 7 working days.
We advise you to sign for all TV deliveries as "unchecked", as in the unlikely event of there being a problem, this enables us to resolve it as efficiently as possible. We also advise you to retain all packaging for a minimum of 30 days as returns can only be authorised if the product is in its original packaging.
Once your order has been dispatched, your online account will be updated and you will receive a PDF copy of your invoice by email.
We mainly use couriers for our deliveries. Most items are shipped with DPD Local and arrive within 2 working days from dispatch. If you enter a mobile number when you checkout, our couriers can use this to keep you informed of your delivery by text message. If you download the DPD app you can track your driver in real time, and you also have the option to re-arrange your delivery day.
