A sophisticated 2.5-way system showcases the new flower-patterned suspension mid-woofer, meticulously designed by the Sonus faber DesignLab in Italy. Looks can be deceiving. Despite its slim dimensions, Sonetto III has the commanding presence of a much larger speaker, thanks to advanced technologies and design solutions. Its exquisite aesthetic appeal has been enhanced with a new concrete base, designed for improved structural integrity and effortless installation.
Designed and developed in Sonus faber laboratories, the die cast baskets have been designed from scratch specifically for this collection.

With the introduction of a new concrete base, the Sonetto G2 series not only enhances the stability of its speakers but also reinforces their structural integrity. The round binding post cover, adorned with the Sonus faber logo and available on all Sonetto G2 models – except Sonetto Wall - serves both a functional and decorative purpose. Designed specifically for bi-wiring binding posts, the cover ensures the integrity of the connections while adding a touch of refinement to the rear panel of the speakers.
The Phase Coherent Crossover design philosophy implemented in the Sonetto G2 Collection ensures precise synchronization of the drivers' phase rotations, striving for maximum parallelism. Taking its name from the sonet - the oldest Italian poetic structure - Sonetto is both steeped in tradition and driven by evolutions in technology.
Derived from the Italian word for “sonet,” meaning “little song,” Sonetto G2 pays homage to the rich traditions of both Italy and Sonus faber. Featuring signature artisanal craftsmanship and innovative design, each individual driver is custom-engineered specifically for this collection.
Lute-shaped speakers, an iconic Sonus faber design element, combines aesthetic elegance with high-fidelity sound, optimizing sound dispersion for an immersive listening experience. Focusing on natural materials, true to Sonus faber tradition, Sonetto G2 follows Suprema’s innovative cork internal chamber design and the Camelia midrange. Harnessing cork’s acoustic properties, the speakers enhance mid-high frequencies resolution and Natural Sound quality. In addition, the familiar high-quality wood cabinets have been enhanced with a new concrete base to provide superior stability and better vibration management.
